Sweet & Spicy Chicken Burgers
Submitted by Rina from Columbia, SC
Ingredients:
Ground Chicken
Caribbean Salsa
Habanero Salsa
Directions:
Use ground chicken instead of ground beef to make "healthier" sweet & spicy burgers! Just add 2 tablespoons of Caribbean and 1 teaspoon of Habanero salsa for each patty. Make sure the salsa is mixed in to the chicken really well. Form into patties. They are best grilled, although they can be cooked on the stove. Excellent on a whole grain bun, served with homemade sweet potato fries!

Salsa
is so much more than a dip for chips or a topping on nachos!
Try it on top of a baked potato, stirred into chili, on
spagetti or noodles, on a burger, or as a dipping sauce
for chicken nuggets. If you can put something on it or
dip it in something, try it with salsa!
